Dean E. Weisgold
Mr. Weisgold graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, receiving in 1988 his Juris Doctorate degree and graduating in the top third of his class. Mr. Weisgold received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1985 cum laude and as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. Mr. Weisgold is admitted to practice in courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court

Awards & Honors
According to Martindale-Hubbard, the principal reference source for attorneys, Mr. Weisgold has been certified as “AV” (very high to preeminent) for his legal abilities by his peers in the legal community.
Mr. Weisgold is a member of the Community Associations Institute and has served as an executive board member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Real Property Section. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Mr. Weisgold was the recipient of the 2005 Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent “Good Guy Award” and was elected a Pennsylvania “Superlawyer” by his Pennsylvania lawyers peers in 2006-2008, 2014-2016, and 2018-2020 for business litigation. In 2008, Mr. Weisgold was also awarded the William J. Brennan Award by the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program, which provides free legal assistance to Philadelphia residents, for his service to the legal community in 2006 and 2007.
Mr. Weisgold has served as an arbitrator on dozens of cases in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as private arbitrations.
