Mr. Weisgold graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, receiving in 1988 his Juris Doctorate degree and graduating in the top third of his class. Mr. Weisgold received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1985 cum laude and as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. Mr. Weisgold is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
According to Martindale-Hubbell, the principal reference source for attorneys, Mr. Weisgold has been certified as “AV” (very high to preeminent) for his legal abilities by his peers in the legal community.
Mr. Weisgold is a member of the Community Associations Institute and has served as an executive board member of the Philadelphia.Bar Association’s Real Property Section since 2005. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He has been approved by several insurance carriers to represent their insureds in Pennsylvania casualty claims.
Mr. Weisgold was the recipient of the 2005 Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent “Good Guy Award” and was elected a Pennsylvania “Superlawyer” by his Pennsylvania lawyer peers in 2006, 2007 and 2008 for business litigation. In 2008, Mr. Weisgold was also awarded the William J. Brennan Award by the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program, which provides free legal assistance to Philadelphia residents, for his service to the legal community in 2006 and 2007.
Mr. Weisgold has served as an arbitrator on dozens of cases in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as in private arbitrations for contract claims as well uninsured and underinsured motorist cases.

Leonard A. Windish
Leonard Windish earned his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh University and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has successfully represented clients in various state and federal courts. Mr. Windish is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Suburban Contractors Association of Pennsylvania. Mr. Windish has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Suburban Contractors Association. He often gives seminars for both construction industry professionals and legal professionals.
Mr. Windish co-wrote “Contractors Can Trip Up by Cutting Inspections”, Commercial Real Estate Quarterly, supplement to the Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly.
