According to Martindale-Hubbard, the principal reference source for attorneys, Mr. Weisgold has been certified as “AV” (very high to preeminent) for his legal abilities by his peers in the legal community.

Mr. Weisgold is a member of the Community Associations Institute and has served as an executive board member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Real Property Section. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Mr. Weisgold was the recipient of the 2005 Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent “Good Guy Award” and was elected a Pennsylvania “Superlawyer” by his Pennsylvania lawyers peers in 2006-2008, 2014-2016, and 2018-2020 for business litigation. In 2008, Mr. Weisgold was also awarded the William J. Brennan Award by the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program, which provides free legal assistance to Philadelphia residents, for his service to the legal community in 2006 and 2007.

Mr. Weisgold has served as an arbitrator on dozens of cases in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as private arbitrations.
