- Successfully handled numerous cases at trial or arbitration relating to real property, including quiet title (disputes about ownership or title to property), ejectment (removal of a party occupying property without any legal basis), specific performance (seeking an order directing the property to be sold), partition (seeking to determine rights to property when two or more owners cannot agree to its disposition), and claims for trespass/negligence against adjacent property owners who sustain damage due to construction activities
- Represented various owners, contractors, developers, and suppliers, in the prosecution and defense in connection with construction-related disputes, including mechanics lien claims
- Successfully handled construction disputes by owners against contractors for faulty construction or failure to perform
- Successfully represented three property owners in Philadelphia County against the City of Philadelphia resulting in a non-jury verdict of over $60,000,000.00 for all plaintiffs, one of the largest tax assessment challenges in the City’s history
- Successfully resolved a real estate partnership dispute filed in the Superior Court of New Jersey involving ten properties
- Tried to verdict a claim brought under the Pennsylvania Conservator Statute against a homeowner in the court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County
- Successfully represented Philadelphia property owners in challenges to real estate tax assessments
